Spotlight Performing Arts Academy Venue Rental

We have a 3,600 square foot facility featuring 4 studios, a classroom, retail space, and a venue with a 14' x 16' stage and a seating capacity of 100 people. See below for our Venue & Rehearsal Rental page for information and rates.

Rental Rates:

Venue Rental: Our venue hosts a 14'x16' stage with seating capacity of approx. 80 and standing room of approx. 150, and includes use of sound equipment and fully equipped kitchen. $50/hr. (Sound Engineer, Staffing, and Instrument Rental extra)

Rehearsal Rental: Looking for a place to practice or rehearse? Check out our facility! $25/hr. (Space only)

Classroom Rental: Need space to host a class or workshop? Check out our facility! $25/hr. (Space only)
